No he is not so great. His advises are mostly cliché. He talks about bieng confident but never actually defines what is confidence. What we actually require when taking to women is core confidence, not just confidence. Core confidence is the strong belief on ourself that we can achieve anything. It comes from past successes of mastering any skill, like fitness, academics or performance arts. Confidence on the other hand is area specific. Christiano Ronaldo is confident in dribbling and shooting but not so confident in goal keeping. So be confident when taking girls, essentially means hone your skills talking to them. But Alpha M's advices on fashion and accessories are a killer dude. His fitness advices kinda suck too, it's quite surprising since he is a natural bodybuilding pro himself. Cheers guys.
