It's not going to be that easy to just find a FWB, when you have no sexual experience to offer. Your best bet is to start getting yourself out there in situations that make you uncomfortable so you can actually start applying some of the pickup strategies you've been reading about. Go to more social events and talk to women there. See how far you get through the phases: Attraction -> Comfort -> Seduction, and then use that framework to analyze your next sticking point or "wall" that you have to climb over in order to get to the next step.
