They've kept 99% of their clients from the court room. Sounds like a good thing. Divorce mediation is common in the USA, btw.

BTW, this agency is female-slanted. Look at this article they posted on their Twitter, about the wage gap: http://life.wevorce.com/articles/who-earns-more . Sure they need to draw female traffic, but it has the effect of pushing men away.
