1) not every pack has or needs an Alpha 2) if you truly are the alpha and feel strongly about your pack then, as you expressed, shouldn't want to fuck it up. Don't dip your pen in company ink. unless you don't care about the company.

If you care about the company but also really want to be intimate with the ladies in it, let them approach you or rather make them want you. If you really are alpha, make them fight for your attention (assuming you have the foundation for this type of dynamic i.e. flirting, joking, talking about sex openly). A true alpha doesn't have to go seeking the attention of his pack. Go fish other girls and as you develop a rapport your pack will either gravitate to this new you or seek validation elsewhere. This system can become a long game, but..from my experience...worth it. You call yourself an alpha so damn do you have an ego, and the boost you'd get from that, you could go out on.

Are you the "Alpha male", or do you THINK that you're the "Alpha male" ? If you really are the one that you pretend to be then you should invite one of the girls to do a random activity (ie. grab a coffee), it shouldn't be harder than that.
