Ask yourself this: What do you really want to be with this girl? Do you want to be her boyfriend or do you just want sex and be fuck buddies. Or maybe just a friend? Don't try and rationalize any choice, just think about it in silence for a bit and don't be ashamed at whichever one you arrive at.

Once you've done that, just straight up tell her what you want to be to her/with her. If she agrees, then awesome. If not, then move on.
