While I haven't seen this new 5-part model she is pitching, Kezia generally knows pickup well. The idea of rapport break is important, and is a key concept in everything from the old school Mystery Method, RSD, and more recent pickup models like hers. Rapport seeking vs rapport breaking is important. I'll look into her theories in more detail later, I'm at work at the moment.
