If you gift to a parent control of your assets a genuine gift not a constructive trust designed to hide your assets then you have no problem. Otherwise a court will enforce the constructive trust with you as the actual beneficiary via its equitable powers by ordering an affirmative injunction such as requiring endorsement of whatever instruments will satisfy your soon to be ex-wife's lawyer.

If you don't understand everything I just said see a lawyer who specializes in estate planning and family law.

Id think so. It sounds the same way that the Rich and Drug dealers avoid financial problems. Though like the other guy said ask a lawyer.
