EDIT: Your wording is super unclear. Things go down usually means that stuff happens. If you meant that things went downhill, then that's another thing altogether and you needed WAY more context if you wanted real suggestions here.

It is good to have other things in life. Seduction is just socializing at its core. If you're only focused on getting girls then your life is will lack balance.
