Only lately have I really become aware of attractiveness and felt somewhat confident in my own skin. But now its a double edged sword. If a girl catches my eye and I'm feeling good I can approach her now with no fucks to give. But when I'm just enjoying lunch to myself and a cutie comes around acting like she is checking on napkins and condiments I just absolutely freeze up. I think it's years of self doubt that has built a brick wall that I can't seem to break. I keep trying to tell myself "she wants it so just give it to her" but all the pep talk in the world can't keep me from feeling like my voice will crack on the first word. Does anyone else have this problem? Any tips?
