"Open Her" by Karen Brody. Pick up the book and read it. I'm not advertising it, and I'm not affiliated with it. You'll find that a lot of it is completely in line with a lot of other material, and you'll also understand the "why" behind it.

Example: we know that women like pre-selection? Do you know why? It's not for reasons you probably think. Traditional PUA literature has always claimed that it's because it helps to shortcut who is a good guy and who isn't, who is alpha, etc. But in reality, it's because feeling like you chose them over other options you had makes them feel special, unique, and desired.
