Ok so recently got back into approaching women again and I'm having a bit of a meltdown. Iv been doing this off and on for the past 2 years and iv pretty much got the better of my approach anxiety and lately been getting some fantastic reactions from the girls iv approached. Here's the problem everytime I stop a girl I get this horrible feeling in my chest as if something has grabbed hold of my lungs my throat closes up and I slur my words and feel like I'm going to cry sometimes. I was out yesterday and hit the streets for 6 hours and approached 58 girls to be exact (around 50 or 60) and every girl I approached I got a good reaction from apart from maybe 1 or 2 but nothing horrible. It's not the girls fault it's just that I cant seem to relax or most of the time talk or string together a sentence and it just comes over embarrassing and like iv handed them (the girl) the frame in the first 20 seconds. It's frustrating because I'm a decent looking guy and get alot of smiles and ioi's it's just I come over goofy and Iv try'd meditation I'm currently not drinking alcohol or smoking anymore. I socialise I run swim. It's just I can't cure this horrible feeling in my chest and my voice just fucks up and my words get muddled up. Anyone ever get this? Or any tips on how to help it? Thanks Peace and love.
