With things like tinder I find that the best way to do it is do get them off tinder as fast as you can
So I don't mean match and then go for there number straight away but have a bit of banter with them and make sure you have a strong opener that is unique and stands out the amount of guys that send girls just "hi how are you" is way to height and there not going to reply. So after you get banter going get there contact info like Facebook, whatsapp whatever and start to talk to them and continue the light heart fun but be flirty. Then while talking away to them try and set up a meeting in n person because your personality is better showed through person and you can have more fun. I always like to ask a girl "if we were to go on a date what would we do" , this gets the girl thinking about dates and.gives you ideas what to do together
