Inner game is a state of mind from which you socially operate and demonstrate complete control in a relaxed and effortless manner and indirectly establish yourself as a higher power.

It's very real. We've all acquired masterful mindsets before, usually at some mundane task like washing dishes or cleaning the bathroom, or perhaps a sport or hobby. During that activity, we pop into state and feel as if we are 'in the zone'. In that moment, we know our purpose and we have complete confidence that we will be victorious.

The only way to hone it is through practice, study and focus.
