About two years ago I was my most Alpha i got the girl I wanted leader of a band of strong individuals, suddenly I got shy for ages couldn't be Alpha I dont know what switched. I stopped being relaxed and cool and controlled and became shy and unable to talk to women. I can't tell why can anyone help me retrain myself?
