A bit of important backstory: I've met this girl in a church youth camp a couple of months ago and I've been gaming her ever since. A month or so ago, we became exclusive and we got to see each other almost every Friday (youth group meeting). Her parents are very protective (what you expect from middle-eastern Christians) so they probably will not let us go out alone. My parents are also very strict when it comes to dates so they won't let me go on a date with her either (that doesn't mean they have to know). Note: I'm 16 and she's 15 years old (we haven't made out yet and kissing at the youth group would be insane since both of us will get in a lot of shit). Anyway, so this is how my attempt at setting up a date over text last night went:

Me: We should go out tomorrow

Her: I am kind of busy tomorrow :$

Her: Sowwy :$

Me: Oh well cancel whatever it is you're doing tom

Her: What's so special about tomorrow? :')

Me: Oh haven't you heard? You and I will be going out tomorrow!

Her: And where are we going? :')

Me: Movie

Her: What movie?

Me: John Wick

Her: omgg that looks like such a cool movie :')

Me: That's why we're going to watch it tomorrow

Her: I have church tomorrow and at night I have a Halloween dance

Her And my parents would never let me go to the movies w/u by our selves :')

Me: You think mine will either?

Me: I'm going to "my friend's house" tomorrow

Her: Well it's easier cuz ur a guy... :')

Her: So ur gonna lie? :')

Me: Me lie? NEVER

Her: Oh well I can never lie especially to my parents :')

Me: You don't have to. "Hey mom/dad. Im gonna go watch a movie with a friend tomorrow"

Her: "Who's your friend?"

Me: insert bullshit name here

Her: Can't

Me: Can't or won't?

Her: Well maybe we can when u get more ppl to go w/ u

Me: Then it wouldn't be a date now, would it?

Her: Bcz i just got from the Halloween party and i have the dance tomorrow that's enough fun for a weekend :')

Her: Oh ur asking me out?

Me: "We should go out tomorrow" - myName 10:37 pm

Her: Well u can't ask someone out over text really...

Her: But like... idkk :') is that weird?

Me: Yeah it's totally weird

Her: Well... i am a weird person so.... :') works perfectly :')

Me: Alright so movies tomorrow at 3:30?

Her: No sowwy :$

Her: Some other time tho... :)

(I still haven't responded to her last message)

As you can see, there is a lot of bullshit going on with her texts. She shows attraction to me when we meet on Fridays and gets a bit jealous when I'm hanging around my other plate (who also shows a shit ton of attraction towards me); however, my "gf" is quite more attractive than plat #2 so I'd still like to set up a date with her so I can finally escalate.

Could I have done/said anything better in order to confirm that date?
