Fixing action and reaction times? I'm too slow to act

I see a problem with this test. It offers only two choices without the option to choose both, and it's always two different qualities. The results are not trustworthy.

For example, one question was ''I am good at: opening up to people or managing stressful situations''. I am quite good at both, and them being two different things it's stupid to compare which I am better at. It's like comparing apples to oranges.

These are my results, and according to them I am bad at diplomacy and I have low ease in public when the only reason I chose the other options was because I had to choose one. Same applies to not being good at none, which happened too. That's the reason I have competitive spirit according to the results when I am not competitive at all.

You are not necessarily motivated by periods of intense activity, you prefer to work at a moderate pace.

The descriptions are stupid too. Work ethic is not about how intense work is but more about how important it is and how focused on your work are. Having high work ethic would apply more to regular and boring situations than to intense ones. I am not that good at work ethic but I excel during intense situations.
