There is so much information on this sub, YouTube, pretty much the internet in general that it is overwhelming. As someone who is relatively new to seduction, you might be asking yourself where the fuck do I begin? Well today youre problems end.

There are 3 types of advice that you will come across

  1. Techinal advice Stop wasting your time with technical advice! These are the posts that give specific one liners, openers, dhv stories that are supposed to help you get the girl. Yes, some of them work. No, you will not get good with women by reading this advice. It is temporary and superficial. There is a version of you living within that is attractive to women. Techinal advice comes from people have found success because they have discovered a part of themselves that is true and honest. You can find that to and all you need to do is start researching....Wait for it

  2. PRACTICAL ADVICE Notice the root of the word.... Practice. Look for posts and suggestions that will help you improve. For example, a post about getting into a good state before going out. This is how you get better. This is how you work toward becoming the man inside that is true to himself and women. He is attractive because he is confident and truly honest. I'll give you two pieces of practical advice that are most essential. Start meditating 10 minutes a day. Everyone has the time and it will make you a million times better as a person. Secondly stop fucking jerking off. You need your testosterone to be the man women crave! Youre wasting it away on virtual whores that are meaningless in the long run. True happiness is found through real connections with real humans. All of this will become more obvious once you start focusing on the most important type of advice which is.....

  3. Wholistic/mindset advice As mentioned earlier, there is a man inside of everyone that is attractive to women, and all you need to do to find him is start adopting the right mindsets. Look for posts that talk about general attitudes that bring success. There is so much of this out there that I will share some of the resources that were most helpful for me below.
