I currently live about a mile from where I work. It's great commute wise, but it's hard to meet women. A car is necessary and it's always a pain to drive. Would it be worth stretching my budget to move somewhere more in the city where women are more abundant?

I don't mind living where I am at all, rent is decent and parking is not an issue. However, I find it hard to meet women, as most of them are in the happening areas of town and it's sort of a turn off when you tell them you live outside of it.

Moving to a more expensive area would kill my budget and hinder my progress paying off my student loans. But I'm thinking it might be worth it..I feel like I'm getting old (25) and would like to have a relationship.
