Last night me and wing I met 2 months ago were talking about pickup. He seemed very down because he finally realized that he would never be as energized or enthusiastic as a pick up coach who is his idol. I have never seen this guy so down even after getting blown out of 10 sets in row. Little did he know that, his idol is known for abusing cocaine during in fields and bootcamps. His idol is also known for falsely editing or using friends in his video content to give wrong impression of what was going on. I once heard that his idol was trying to take a video of some ballsy thing, and he got blown out more than 20+ times until it finally worked with one girl.

It is good to have people to look up to. On the other hand, some of the pick up personas or gurus out there are the most fake people you will meet. Pick up turned into 50Mil+ a year business. Lots of people are putting so many lies out there to grab a piece o that. Lying, cheating, using drugs, fake infields, etc are very common in pick up businesses. Some of the so called gurus are actually very bad with girls and can barely get laid despite lots of their fake videos claiming other way around.

So, set your expectations right! Your only benchmark is the you from yesterday! Learn to think for your self and take everything in pick up with grain of salt. Most of what you see online are fake.
