I have read the sidebar and am still confused on what attraction is and how to generate it.

There are guys at my uni that have girls seemingly attracted to them as the guys have hot girls always wanting to talk to them, they later get hot girlfriends and get invited to parties by hot girls. They dont really do anything or say anything different from what i do. It seems effortless for them (maybe im missing something), whereas for me I have to put in alot of effort approaching, put in alot of effort in the initial interaction and girls dont really go out of their way to talk to me and will often flake or ghost me. In addition, they never write anything sexual to me or send nudes whereas other guys get them no problem. Most of my relationships with girls are platonic or strictly business-like.

At 25, generating the initial attraction - getting a girl interested enough to go out with me/go on more than one or two dates - is my biggest hurdle.

I dont say anything too different from the guys who are effortless with girls, though I have my own sense of humor that not everyone finds funny but some people do.

I am sick of running around and approaching and getting shot down. I think my confidence is at an all time low - as the amount of effort i put into doing approaches and putting myself out their talking to girls and getting rejected is taking a toll. Ive been doing this for 5 years - theres only so much rejection a guy can take before he begins to think something is wrong. I have 4 lays in 5 years - 3 of these being from online and 1 of these from daygame.

I am losing some hair on my head and wear glasses but i feel that is made up for by being tall 6'2(188cm) and fit.

I hope someone can offer some insight into this issue - what is causing it and how to fix it. I dont mind working hard but it would be nice to finally find a solution that works.

Edit: before someone says i am a weirdo,i have been called charismatic by some male peers (i didnt know then well, they just told me they though i was charismatic) and older women (but maybe that was just flattery).
