Don't message her when you've had chances to talk in person, just shows a lack of confidence as a man and makes you to be weak. Slide to her table and just start talking to her. Even if you manage to talk to her when no one is there (like as she walks to her car) it's a small group.

I say Be bold, sit at the table, sit right next to her. Everyone else will get the message. You want to be seen talking to her, making her laugh.
