I [M20] met this HB8.5 [F18] at a house party at my uni several weeks ago. We didn't talk much because it was loud, but briefly introduced ourselves and danced together in the host's bedroom packed with other people. I'm a pretty great dancer, for all my other faults, so this is one of the easiest ways to make girls chase. It worked well, and I got her and several others' Snapchats.
Sidenote: I tend to not know what to do when collecting SCs. Do I follow up in the morning and add them on IG and etc. too?
But anyway. My mind wasn't in the right place when I met her, so I didn't really think of her as a potential until recently. We've both been watching each other's stories for a couple weeks. I do cool shit and am a semi-pro photographer, so I post frequently, and do my best to make quality posts. I'm decent looking and make a lot of money for my age, which also sometimes shows in my posts.
This girl messages me this last weekend about a class she found out we shared through a SC post I made (big lecture hall). It was the last day of class and she was asking some questions relevant to the final exam, and an additional paper that was due after. We chatted on a couple different days about the class. I invited her to a post-finals party my friend was hosting, and she said she wanted to go, but ended up being unable to make it and had to go home to family for Spring Break.
We're chatting on SC as we speak about our final grades and get-to-know-you type stuff.
How do I approach this? Do I wait for another opportunity to meet her in a group/party setting? Add her on IG? Ask for her phone number? Or "let's meet up!".
I only know her from the 20 minutes we interacted at the party weeks ago, what I've seen on SC, and our SC conversations, which is why I feel the last two options would be too weird. How would you handle this kind of situation?
