Might be off topic but, met up with a girl in NY in January (through some family friends) had a good date things went well it was just one night since it was a work trip for me.

My hopes are turning this into a serious relationship, I know you guys advocate just using texting to set up dates, but I feel like this should be an exception right? I'm going to see her in three weeks and the only way to communicate is text / phone / snap chat. Anyways just wonderin if yall consider this an exception since it's long distance + trying to make it serious.
