Don't feel bad. He considers her his property. Does not mean she feels the same way.

Sounds like she isn't happy with him or is just toying with you.

....she kept talking to me asking me when she comes and visit what we would do? Later added her on Facebook. Saying fuck it why not.. saw she had a boyfriend (didn’t really give a fuck) She added me,liked my picture responded to my message and told me she had a boyfriend but would throw winky faces and stuff with answers...

These sorts of situations often seem way more fun than they actually are in practice.

....get a message saying this is her boyfriend “pal” lay off which to be honest didn’t really give a fuck ...but I respected it and stoped messaging just kinda bummed out thought I could get her (thought she was a dime).
It's worth considering why you were willing to invest even this much time and energy in this girl who has a BF.
Especially one who's this much drama that she has her BF all up in her social media accounts. And she's stirring that stuff up, encouraging you as she did.
Seems like both of you have been a little too hard-up for validation.
If you broke through something, that's all good, but in the larger picture, it's a bad habit to get into, chasing someone else's GF. If for no other reason than it's way more complicated than it ever needs to be. Cheaters often fuck your mind over in exchange for excitement that fades quickly. They often have a way of sticking around long enough to fuck 2 or more guys in the head.
Whether you are looking for a fling or something more, you can do better.

He considers her his property. Does not mean she feels the same way.
Incomplete/incorrect summary.
She encourages him to act and feel as he does. Because she has an emotional black hole that she should be filling inside herself but doesn't know how, and getting a guy to be this co-dependent, gives her a quick hit of feeling like she's worth something.
But it's not enough, which is why she is drawn to gather more guys.
Doesn't matter if she feels the same way. She isn't some prize worth competing for. If a dude had the issues she has, girls would be repelled instantly. Overlooking her issues and comparing yourself to this other dude, is missing the point: that guy is the way he is, in large part because of what she's doing to him.

Hey man I really do appreciate it and I’m trying to stop that.. your right a girl with a BF is one, not who I am and I wouldn’t want that happening to me and 2 why would I try to waste my time. I think it was just cause it was my first time manning the fuck up and spitting game and was met with what I could tell was acceptance.

I get it; there's no judgement here, even if I do recommend against being The Other Guy. It's really the kind of mistake that can potentially fuck up a dude's love life for years after, but it's also a mistake that some people just need to make for whatever reason.
Among the dudes I know who made this mistake, the common theme was often "learning" a distrust of humanity and of relationships in general.
I've seen dudes take well over 10 years getting over stuff like this.
