Space out your availability. Be more busy than usual with the idea of pulling back everything you were/ are giving her until she gets the idea that you just "don't have any time for her." And then you agree by telling her how hectic your days have been recently.

Within this, sprinkle in times where you are available to just text back and forth with her a little bit to show that you are actually making an attempt to give her some of your time.

Eventually, she'll make the decision to move on herself WITHOUT you outright rejecting her. To pull her back, ideally, you'll want this to be done in person, make the case that LIFE pulled you apart. After a brief catch-up, to see if your previous spot has been filled, you're back in.

She will not want to believe that you were tired of her or that was your way of letting her down easy so she will EAT up the idea that it was fate that pulled you apart AND fate that brought you back together.

As a side note: since you are the one that wants out, stop worrying about how your "plates" will see you. In an attempt to "purge" you, you should expect to spend some time as the villain of her story. There are girls that I just cut all communication with that don't remember anything about that the next time they feel they have a chance with me.

I can tell you from my experience..do not make yourself readily available from the start. Plates will be much more easier to manage and organize if you can distance yourself without too much drama. Plus, it makes you more interesting and desirable. But remember, when you are with them make every effort to make them feel perfect..laughing fucking talking..then be gone. Then reappear. It can be done..once they are hooked..there are girls I know for a very long time and every time I call THEY are available..I on the other hand am not..let them orbit a little..let them make an effort if they want your presence.. Women think they want things defined..they don´t..what they want is someone they can´t decipher..a challenge..use this and make them manageable..

Just don't ask her out/over again, tell her no when she asks you to do stuff and just generally ignore her.. No need to give her a definitive "we can't see each other again" statement...just leave it open and her in limbo. This way takes the least amount of effort.

If you ever want to start fucking her again you just need to make some bullshit excuse to get her hamster moving , "lots of stuff was happening in my life", or "i was confused about some things" or other such crap.

Don't ever break up, but don't ever make a commitment.

When cornered, changing the conversation, ignoring them, silence, joking, are all effective tools.

If she's getting too into you, you can ignore her for awhile.
