Short term solution: Think back to a big victory you had in life.

This not only gets you smiling but also gets you really confident.

Long term solution: Always do things that make you happy.

This sounds really simple but you might find its easier said than done because it might require an overhaul of large sections of your life but that's actually a good thing. How much bigger of a grin would you have plastered on your face all the time if you had to walk through hell to get the life you've always wanted?

Do what you love, search for things that you like, you can also search for things u find funny, it's all about enjoying your life.
