I've been reading Robert Greene's Art of Seduction, and one of the tips he gives is to send mixed, contradictory signals about your character. For example, act extremely logical and rational, but give hints that you're actually a romantic. What is your opinion of this? What are some good contradictory characteristics to adopt, and how do I hint at them subtly?
