Hey everyone,

TL:DR I just wanted to introduce myself here since I'm starting to become more active. I also just feel like getting this out in the open since I don't want to sound weird venting this to my friends. Mostly, this post is just to get how I'm feeling out there vs just writing it on a notepad. I think once it's out, I'll feel better about it and will have the chance to receive feedback from others who have gone down a similar path.

I'm tall, average looking, fairly successful, and I'm fairly outgoing when people put forth the effort to talk to me, but I've never been one to go out of my way to meet new people. When I've met girls in the past, I always struggle to make it past just being friends.

Up until recently, I was in a serious relationship that was ended because she moved for school. It's taken some time to free my emotions up, but I'm ready to get back into the swing of things. To me, Seduction isn't about just sex, it's about getting comfortable with myself, learning how to easily and enjoyably interact with strangers, build charisma, and become the best version of myself.

For those of you in business, you may have read the book The Goal. If you haven't, in short, it's about finding a businesses bottlenecks and finding a way to remove/change them. Once you remove one, you'll see things smooth out but you'll continue to run into more that you'll need to asses and solve. I'm coming in here with a similar approach. Finding my social/sexual/seductive bottlenecks, diagnosing them, and formulating a plan to change them to improve myself at the core.

I like to be honest with myself, so here's what I see as my bottlenecks:

1 - Approaching women I don't know in public, at parties I have no problems at all.

2 - Building a conversation that's deep, with multiple threads instead of basic, boring convo.

3 - Making solid eye contact with people instead of feeling weird after a few seconds.

4 - Being comfortable with light, playful kino with someone I'm interested in. As someone who towers over others, I've always worried it would be intimidating.

5 - Having the confidence to escalate. Even my ex said she thought I only wanted to be friends after the first time we hung out.

6 - Smiling and body language. I'm tall, and despite having had braces in the past, my teeth are crooked again, so I haven't been confident flashing smiles like I used to be. I'm getting Smile Club this week to fix my teeth, but for body language, I need to work on being confident and radiating charisma instead of trying to take up less space and being fidgety and feeling awkward with how I'm positioned.

I'm fairly new to this, but I love seeing people who are on a similar path and also reading what people who are years beyond me have to say about these things. Those are the 6 things I see as my biggest bottlenecks right now. A lot of it is just going to come down to practice, repetition, and gaining some knowledge. I think the main reason seduction interests me is that there's an instant reward. For other social interactions, the rewards aren't always immediate or as satisfying, but I know that everything I do to improve myself will trickle down into the other areas of my life.

That's it for now. Thanks to everyone for being so welcoming and open with knowledge.
