So I just finished 10th grade and throughout the year there was this girl who I mainly didn't notice. She's a foreign student from Japan, she likes western fashion, lifestyle and even speaks English fluently . I just started noticing her because of how sexy her voice was and how she occasionally laughs at my jokes I direct to the two group of girls around her foods unit. I also share Precal with her and on the last two classes I started basic 1 minute conversations with little importance (what class she has next and so on) and on the last day of school I found her in the hallways walking and decided to talk basic again as I asked her about her previous class and it's difficulty, then she asked me and I answered quickly. She then got to her locker and said bye before I even said I was going and I awkwardly walked away. This caused multiple worries for me (bare with me I know it sounds stupid) like: is she racist (I'm very very light skin Indian-Canadian but I heard Japanese culture is more barred to races that aren't white/asian). I don't think of myself as ugly, I have great hygiene, I work out 3 times a week and I've been told I'm handsome by a girl who had a crush on me.

My question to guys think she isn't interested and if she isn't why? Plus got any tips for how I can win her over I don't know shit about being a PUA.
