First off, the video really starts around 2 minutes, 25 seconds. Everything before that is a lot of trivial joking around about Disney, etc. But as for the tips:

Make sure you're doing what you can to have fresh breath: Sound advice.
Be mindful of escalating in a way that's being calibrated in a way that's mindful of her state: Also sound advice; this is just basic stuff you should be aware of. Like how you don't try to kick off escalation with the kiss, but rather feel things out (no pun really intended) more mindfully.
Tilt your head opposite of the way her head is tilted: They say tilt to the right, but it's about not tilting the same way she's tilting, so you aren't colliding. It's really just paying attention and adapting.
Go in slowly and close your eyes: Generally a good idea to be advancing slowly so you have time to notice if the girl's mood is shifting or if you've been wrong about her interest level.
Confidence: I mean, they say to just be confident, which isn't really how it works, but they're not wrong that this is still an important factor.
