You have the right to draw boundaries, and set limits on behavior that is unacceptable. It sounds like you did a "freeze-out" and that is just fine. There is no reason to take her back except by making it clear, it is on YOUR terms, not hers.

When someone tells you who they are, don't ignore it.

She's told you what she thinks is acceptable for her to do when she's upset, that's not going to change. Either you have to live with that if you move on, and you know what to do already, or you wouldn't be here asking if it's salvageable.
