Telling someone I don't want you to figure me out is kind of a strange thing to say tbh. I think I'd just try to warm up and be nice.

no if you were coming off as a creep or weirdo they wouldn't even try to talk to you, everything is fine, just try to be less tense and keep focusing on your work (and next time they ask you why u don't talk much use this as an excuse instead of the one you gave to that girl), like you said they just want your attention.

You're basically giving all your coworkers the cold shoulder and being anti-social.

Of course they think you're mean. You are being mean from their perspective, by ignoring them entirely. Then when they come up to ask about you, you're essentially telling them "fuck off I don't want you to know about me." You aren't coming off as a creep or wierdo, probably just hostile.

Try smiling and chatting with them. You don't have to ignore them entirely, but you can also keep your job as your main focus. Find a middle ground. It's ok to give women attention, of course they like it. I only see it as a problem if they are using you for attention and contributing nothing to your social relationships.

Or you can take a page out of their book and use them for attention and flirting practice too. Also, trust me, you'll have a lot more friends and better social relationships if you aren't always trying to game everyone around you at your job, social hobbies etc. So have fun with your coworkers, being fun and well liked will get you laid far more than being mysterious and difficult.

Well you’re being a bit weird ya, “I want you to figure me out” that’s not too normal I wouldn’t need imagine. Just talk to them, stop pretending you know what they’re after, just be friends with them
