Bro, nowhere in your post did you mention something that she did or said that could be interpreted as consent.

Just because she’s okay being on top of you and making out with you while your dick is out, does not mean she is okay with sex.

She probably felt extremely violated that you did that with no condom and no warning.

That wasn’t a seduction mistake. That was a serious violation of another person, especially because you weren’t even wearing a condom.

You should seriously apologize to her and acknowledge that what you did was wrong. Then never do anything like that again.

OP, you did everything right except trying to fuck her without a condom.

What happened was her ASD kicked in, hence the comment about her not fucking on a first date.

She was still down when she complied to flash her ass but you escalated too quickly. I would’ve gotten her boobs out and played with those instead, or built some more comfort.

But After the second escalation attempt , i guess she just felt ashamed of herself and bailed.

I would say just give her some space since she didn’t respond. Take a mental note and learn from your mistake.
