I'll definitely go but should I ask for her number before? I just don't know what to do and I don't wanna make things weird at work if it's not gonna escalate... If she were not my colleague I would have asked her for the phone number immediately

I would. Just ask her when the next meeting is. Then play it off like, " hmm that may work for me. Let me get your number so that I can let you know if that will work."
