So this isnt really "pickup" related but I couldn't think of anywhere else to post this.

So I'm pretty much a loner. I go most places by myself and rarely ever converse with people in my daily commute unless they initiate it. I've noticed however that on those rare occasions that I'm with someone else people seem way more talkative with me, women check me out more and social situations just come to me without me even looking for them.

One specific instance that bugs me is this guy that I know. He's a regular at this park that I frequent, he usually sells water and juice on summer days and one day I buy a water from him and start chatting him up and in my mind I think I've made a new acquaintance. The next couple of days I'm at the park and he's walking around selling his water but doesnt say anything to me. A couple of days later I go to the same park with my brother and the guy see's me and starts talking up a storm to me. Next day I'm at the park alone again and he goes back to not knowing me.

I really dont understand why people are like this. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
