Chicks dig confidence and maturity. So don't open with a question, open with a statement, then follow with the question. E.g. "I'd really like your company this evening. If you feel similarly, just send me your room number."

First of all, don't abbreviate your words, it's not attractive to girls. And obviously I don't know the exact situation that you're in, and your response totally depends on the kind of relationship you have with her already. If you're sure she already wants you then in my opinion you should literally just say "You should come and see me tonight", don't ask any questions and don't doubt yourself or fish for her to suggest something.
