I think you should stop talking to her. Ask her for her phone number but never text her. Give her a break. You said you asked her out two times but she was busy? If she did not suggest another time when she would not be busy then it is better to stop chasing her. You are giving her too much of your attention. I know that this sounds counter-intuitive but this is the way the game works.
