Hey bros, so I’m having a bit of confusion here. I work with this girl, literally next to her, no more than two steps. I worked along side her for about 8 months. I’m really into her.

I asked her for a bite to eat and she agreed. We talked blah blah blah (I’m like ok ok)

2 weeks later we went out as a trio(me her and another girl) I was mostly with my “crush” dancing with her etc..

Same week I asked her if she’d be interested in coming out dancing g with me. She agreed. Took her out dancing, showed her a good time(she really doesn’t know how to dance so I looked great)She even dance with one of my buddies there.

I’m just really having trouble reading her like really really. She even stated in our first “date” she would never be with someone in the workplace( that kinda shot me down but I just said fuck it ima keep going) I think because I can’t read her I want her more(if that makes sense) like a challenge. So what’s the deal guys? Can a woman continue to go out with you and still not be interested? How should I approach this? I kinda wanna go in but I’m afraid of the rejection being that I’ll see her the next day at work.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated or any stories similar to mine.
