I visited a club for the second time ever, and I was pretty nervous. I had no luck with any ladies the previous time due to me being very anti-social and self-conscious. I went through r/seduction for tips and advice on what to do and came away with one major point, be confident. Last night when I went I had a complete "no fucks given" mentality, and it worked! I am not the best looking man in the world, I am 6'4 260 and not the greatest in the looks department but I can pull being a 7/10 on my absolute best day. Giving no fucks and dancing my ass off (within reason) even though I have never in my life led to me to dancing with a nice lady, and receiving A LOT of several nice glances throughout the night. All I did was dance near her, take her hand and span her and the rest is history, simple as that. Obviously this won't work for everybody but I tried the take the hand and spin on several different women throughout the night with good initial success. Also, she actually giggled quite a lot at my dance moves, but I was so into it I didn't care at all because I knew they were terrible anyway. We periodically hooked up throughout the night whenever I'd see her on different dance floors and eventually just stayed with her for the final hour. (Did not manage to bring her home, but have number and all) To all of you guys out there struggling in this scene, do anything to get your confidence up. Whether it be through yourself or alcohol, it will greatly help you, and take it from somebody who has struggled A LOT with self-consciousness.
