So I work in a publishing House and i produce Books and ePubs for electronic Readers. Producing means that i coordinate the whole Way from an Authors Script to a printed Book or ePub.

I have a problem: the ePublishing Department have two Ladies that are pretty difficult to work for: They are controlling the ePubs that my typesetters create (Experienced and really nice people), but they give wrong feedback and policies on "how it should be done", e.G.: changing policies and rules that they established 4 months ago. They have no clue what they are doing (Both have an Background in Sales, but not in Production), but they are also the controlling instance.

In their Communication, they are also both are having an Attitude like "We don't give a fuck about you or the guys working for you. Just do it the way we want it" (which isn't working at all). They are also pretty indifferent to everything. Communication with them is like talking to a robot that gives you orders. Their Boss considers them as focused on their career, wether they should be focused on their work.

tl,dr: Two incompetent Women are a threat to myself and the work of the people that work for me. How do i tackle this Situation with getting fired because of the incompetence of other people?
