Should I add this girl on social media that I hooked up with a few nights ago??

So long story short, NYE (two nights ago) I hooked up with a chick who is my cousins girlfriends friend. My question is should I add her on social media? I’m not trying to be a jerk and be the guy that hits it and leaves it alone. She’s a nice girl and cool but I’m not looking for more, just fun. What should I do? I feel like if I don’t talk to her anymore, I’ll be THAT GUY and that’s not who I am. Thoughts?? Am I too late to add her??
