absolutely do not double text her. you guys are neighbors right? that means you will almost definitely see each other again. wait until that happens and then gauge her reaction to speaking with you, her body language and if all seems well, say something like "so do you still wanna grab that drink?" if what you've said here is true, she's at least a little interested. the fastest way to lose that from her is by seeming intense, or anything but laid back & chill. there is more than likely some innocuous reason that she didn't/couldn't text you the day of, like maybe she just forgot. (which you shouldn't be upset or worried about if that is the case, based on the brevity of your encounter.) you got this!

Yea dude just no, dont text her again. Chanes are she met someone else or get a better offer. If a woman really wants to see you and is excited about a date she wont cancel it and never the less not even respond. Be icy, date someone else. You will meet her again and then it may work out but if you text her again you are screwed. Anyways good luck bro!
