Check to see on Facebook if your town has a RSD inner circle group, chances are there is if it’s a considerable sized college town. You can meet some cool people/ wings that are going out with the same purpose as you are. If not, start by building your own social circle, whether you spend time at the gym, concerts or whatever your hobby is start by making small talk with people and being a genuinely sociable cool guy that everybody knows. Go to the same bars over and over again, befriend the bouncers and bartenders. You want to avoid being seen as a “pick up guy” especially in a college town where it’s very possible to develop a reputation. You want to become friends with the guys that seem like they know all the girls, typically on a campus this will be the bartenders, athletes, frats, or dealers. Also I’d recommend getting a job at a cool bar in town at least part time, there’s typically a lot of hot waitresses/ bartenders in campus and if you start hanging out with them you’ll have a lot of social proof when you go out. Start building up your value in your town and it’ll speed up the process quite a bit, nothing wrong with cold approach but when your a nobody in a new town it’s kind of like trying to build a house with a hammer and nails when you could just use the damn power tools and be done in half the time
