1. This is a Catch-22.

Let's say you're with someone who reacts to arguments or disagreements with immaturity, mean-spiritedness, no contact, etc. It's super common for people to respond, fighting fire with fire.

But what does No Contact mean? Refusal to communicate. It's manipulative and immature with the hope being that the other person will come to see the error of their ways and self-correct.

And maybe there is some situation where someone goes No Contact and they never have to do it again.

But let's be real here. If you are in a relationship where you break out the No Contact rule, that shit is going to become part of a recurring pattern.

She acts shitty
You cut off communication (take your toys and go home)
It blows over, you make up
Rinse and repeat.

She's not learning anything other than the fact that she can keep doing that shit and it'll be okay, she just has to put up with some no contact and make some token apology that doesn't mean anything because she'll just be back at it again soon enough.

No contact doesn't magically mature someone. It can be satisfying as fuck, but it's a cheap satisfaction and it contributes to dragging the whole level of the thing down.

My response:

The idea isn't to just disappear with zero explanation and expect them to understand the errors in their ways. I actually made a video recently on common mistakes and that was one of them, lots of guys struggle to really communicate their feelings so they'll just disappear with zero logical explanation when in reality, though women are emotional. they still have a logical left brain.

You have to give them the opportunity to understand what went wrong before and after, not in an angry tone, but letting them know where you stand and don't stand. Taking space for yourself while letting them know why is not manipulative.

You say it will become a recurring pattern, but drama is consistently a recurring pattern with women and if you have experience in relationships you will know that is an inevitable facet of our yin/yang dualistic reality.

Dudes didn't just come to the conclusion of taking space for yourself for no reason. They did it because they tried everything else. They tried logical explaining for hours, they tried "being alpha" and getting angry, they tried to reason and plead. What do you suggest they do?

In addition, taking time for yourself isn't just for her but you as a person. When someone mistreats you and you stick around because you just want things to be normal again for your sanity (every man on earth), you lower your own standards for behavior, and sanity.

This didn't just become a thing for no reason or because guys want to be dicks or "super alpha" or any kind of goofy shit like that.

2. Being a doormat is one thing; obviously that's bad. And not every chick is ruthless, just like not every guy is nice.

But if someone is dealing with a "ruthless chick" who is "taking someone's kindness for weakness," then the truth of the matter is, that guy is dealing with someone they need to break up with. The answer for a stand-up, good person, when confronted with a shitty person, is not to be shitty in return, unless you want to stay in a constant situation with a shitty person.

Personally, I have no patience for someone who's going to take advantage of kindness. I choose to screen those people out of my life.

If all I did in response to such people, was to try to manipulate them into changing with things like No Contact, that wouldn't solve the situation. You cut those people OUT if they don't appreciate kindness, you don't keep them around.

Cutting people out is truly standing up for yourself and having standards. Keeping them around to play games with, is dragging yourself into the mud with them.

Yep, I fully agree with this portion. Thats why I made it a big point at the end to go into how some women can't be saved, some women have just too much toxic conditioning and are just unreasonable.

I made a big mistake myself when I was younger with this, as men we get trained to think our "points" get raised for every chick we successfully seduce. Especially in a place like the inner-city where I grew up. This leads to us as men behaving like whores, where we aren't selective because we don't consider ourselves the selector. But this is horrible. In reality we are THE GIVERS, we have a limited amount of time, a limited amount of nuts. Its incredibly important to surround your life PERIOD with positive influences and that includes the women in your life.

It got to a point where it was like alright I'm definitely not wifing no goofy toxic ass chicks and giving them a pass, but I would still keep around some toxic chicks here and there in the rotation.

Thinking eh no big deal, their just some side chick.

But even that brought drama, because bullshit people bring their bullshit everywhere regardless. This was a big time lesson for me and the reason why I make alot of content on toxic chicks to avoid. Because that's something that isn't nearly talked about enough. Everything is just about getting the girl and not improving these women as a whole and knowing how to avoid some of these landmines.

In this day and age many guys are using the no contact rule, but after coming across one client who did the no contact rule completely wrong. I wanted to make this video to clear up the confusion and help guys realize when exactly, is the best time to use the no contact rule.

Whether that be with a girlfriend or friends with benefits.
