Be comfortable with tension. When you establish a man to woman frame in the very beginning you are winning. Most guys don't even know how to do this. 1 Look every girl in the eyes and relax. Pay attention to how you're body is feeling and how they are reacting. You'll be able to pick up on the subtle details that the normal guy will miss.

  1. Practice taking up space and working on your posture. This is very important. You wanna exhibit alpha male body language towards everyone. Not just women.

  2. Watch you're vocal tonality. Use flat line communication when talking to people Before you say something think about how you are going to say it. Listen to women talk. Be very observant in there vocal tonality. When they say Hi, or Hey, does there vocal pitch raise up? This is a subtle sign of interest.
