This whole focus on value is misguided.

What's more important than figuring out "value levels" is emotional impact.
Keeping track of "value" is a result of some earlier PUA systems being created in places like LA, where people are concerned with PR and public perception.
Choosing to get caught up in this sort of rat race, is choosing to play by their rules, which often leads to you devaluing yourself unintentionally.
- Look at guys like David Chappelle, who fled the bullshit instead of choosing to play by their rules of "value."

So your whole premise at the start is set up to sabotage you.

Value is subjective. For example, hippies don't value the same things that businessmen value.
You're concerned about blowing it, but seduction is a two-way street. It's a team sport. It's just as much on her, whether it gets blown. It's bullshit to put it all on you. It's impossible for either person to hold up the interaction by themselves.
You don't even KNOW her. For perspective, you will only just be starting to get to know her, the morning after. And 3 months after you've started dating her.
You're acting like it's all on you to prove yourself. Like what? She doesn't exist? What is this bullshit of putting all this pressure on yourself and acting like she's a damn god. She's not.

If you paid for dinner, just realize that you are feeding into the sort of interaction with a girl who might end up expecting the man to pay for everything.

You might be paying into the sort of interaction that's based on the idea that the girl's contribution to everything is just showing up and being pretty. This is bullshit, of course.

Making it "man to woman?" Making it "sexual?" "Escalation?"

You're literally talking about physical escalation. PHYSICAL. As in, in person. You literally CAN'T do this over social media. And trying to do it over social media, WHILE she's on vacation, is going to accomplish one or more of the following things:

Annoy her while she's on vacation
Make it look like you don't have a life of your own.
Make you look desperate
Kill the attraction

She's on vacation? Ping her here or there to see how it's going. And otherwise, live your own life. You should have one without her, so go live it. But you're not going to "escalate" with her over social media or text.

If she's attracted for real, it won't get stale over a week. If she's not attracted for real, nothing you do will change that.
