Sounds like she wants a friend. But this girl sounds like she isn't for you anyways, based on previous interactions, so maybe being friends is better. Also being more direct in your situation helps, just fucking ask her out and then you have a clear answer (usually).

There are too many girls out there so forget about this one and find another. Also, posts like this belong on r/AskSeddit

Your last sentence says it all! Speaking out of experience: If a girl is enthusiastic about you, she will make time for you. This one is not really interested in you.

What does this even mean? Day one of what? Of Texting? It seems like you've been texting her for at least a month, so why haven't you asked her out yet? Think about it from her side of things: "All he does is text me and he hasn't asked me out yet, he must just want to be friends I guess". Stop texting her like a high school kid and set the next date.
