What I'd suggest in the time I've learned and with seduction is to essentially act like an alpha male 70% of the time and do things a beta male would do about 30% of the time. Going full alpha suggests a fuckboy or a poser and turns girls off. Going too blue pill makes you look like a coward. Try to relate to a girl on similar tasks and a spiritual level, even if you have to fake it a bit. Girls fake interest in each others hobbies all the time to keep a conversation going when half the time they don't even care. It's like when they say a girl has her "frenemies". Even someone she dislikes is someone that she can pass the time with. If you just try to appreciate the fact you're passing the time by conversing, it's much easier to fake interest.
