I can't stop replying to women on snapchat. What are some ways I detach myself?

I realise that replying to women all day long implies low-value, because it looks like you aren't busy and you're spending all day on your phone.

But, because of my personal circumstances, for pretty long stretches, I am basically free all day long and I want to hear what they have to say.

It's made me realise why sociopaths have such an advantage in the dating game. If you don't actually give a fuck about the person you're seducing, everything is significantly easier.
