I would like to suggest an exercise that can help to improve the conversation with girls. It is about asking yourself regular questions:
Think of the last great conversation with a girl you had.
- What made it great?
- Whom was it with?
- Where did it take place?
- What emotions did you feel during the conversation?
- What you thoughts before the conversation?
- What actually happened?
- Where your intial thoughts correct?
- What did you learn from the conversation?
- How did the conversation make you feel?
Now think of the last bad conversation with a girl you had.
- What made it bad?
- Whom was it with?
- Where did it take place?
- What emotions did you feel during the conversation?
- What you thoughts before the conversation?
- What actually happened?
- Where your intial thoughts correct?
- What did you learn from the conversation?
- How did the conversation make you feel?
With both situations in mind, think of what you did in the great conversation that you could have done in the bad to have made the outcome better.
It is a good idea to save the conclusions in the conversation journal.
